The prophet Elijah has been an inspiration for many believers over the centuries. His acts are, however, not as a result of a special love that God had for him, but as a result of practices and attitudes that he embodied.
This book attempts to highlight those practices and attitudes so that individuals in the body of Christ who carry the spirit of Elijah can properly recognise it and allow God to prepare them for what He has in store for them.
Oluwafemi Oluwadurotimi Popoola was born in Kwara State in Nigeria. Having completed his secondary school education in the same state, he was admitted into the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria where he failed grandiosely in his academics. It was however in this same period that his journey into an intentional service to and searching for the Lord Jesus began. He eventually went to the US to study where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude in his undergraduate and two Master’s degrees. In all this time, his search for an understanding of the Word and flowing in the Spirit did not let up.
Today, he participates in a weekly fellowship of believers in Lagos, Nigeria.
